Rachel and Robert have been absolutely amazing with Shelby our German Shephered, who is very nervous and not great with new people but they took the time to get to know Shelby and for Shelby to get know them, they were so patient with him and now Shelby just loves them. Robert stayed over at the house with Shelby when we got married which meant we could relax and not worry and just enjoy our day. They always send me updates when their seeing to him to let me know he's ok which is really comforting. Robert and Rachel have really made our lives easier and it's comforting to know we have people we can trust and that shelby trusts to look after him so well. Thank you both 💓

Rachel and Robert have cared for my, and my daughter’s, dog on a couple of occasions so far. Both dogs are nervous and have their own little quirks, making us a little anxious about how they’d cope with sitters. We were worried needlessly. Both Rachel and Robert have taken time to hear our concerns, to pick up seamlessly the dogs’ routines and preferences, and to care for each of them perfectly. They send photos of the dogs enjoying their day and are respectful of our homes so we can relax and enjoy our time away. More importantly, the dogs greet them both enthusiastically: that speaks volumes about Rachel and Robert’s care. We are looking forward now to more holidays knowing the furry family members are well-looked after too.

Rachel is lovely, professional and reliable. She came and visited our two cats and two Guinea pigs whilst we were away for the weekend. She sent us lovely photo updates and messages after each visit, which really made us feel at ease, especially since our younger cat was only 4 months old and it was our first trip away since having her. It is such a good service, and our animals felt much more comfortable being in their own environment. Organising the visits beforehand was easy and convenient, and I was reassured that Rachel was a professional and very good with animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again, and have already booked ourselves in for future house visits whilst we go on holiday! Thank you Rachel!

Great service provided by Rachel whilst we got married. She stayed with our dogs for 2 nights. A reassuring text was received to let us know they were all ok. 2 were elderly dogs that aren’t in the best of health but had full confidence in Rachel looking after them. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

From the first day where I had to get in the cage with them to now is so different ! They welcome Rachel jump happily into the cage on the back seat and are off !
