    I was very disappointed with this company. I purchased several makeup products on June 03 2022, including the KJAER WEIS CONCEALER. I had previously paid also for samples, so as to pick the right color of the concealer. I put the concealer along with other make-up and beauty products, in a closet in my bedroom, so it was protected from any source of heat and even light, it was very well kept. Once I opened it after I finished the previous concealer, I could see that the concealer is totally different from the sample: first of all it has a very strong acid smell, which is really unpleasant and it is probably not healthy (it might have been badly kept or it is deteriorated), and the texture is really different from the sample (it is not creamy, but clumpy). I was very disappointed because I did not expect a company caring for natural and healthy products, however expensive, selling deteriorated products! Worst of all, the customer service is inexistent, they just ignore emails. I wanted to give them the chance to explain what happened before leaving reviews (which I rarely write), but they never got back (I just get an automated reply referring to holiday...but it is not holiday anymore!). They sell very expensive products without even caring about their status and about the customers. I will never buy anything from them, they are very unreliable. I have now to throw away a very expensive concealer.

    I had an online zoom consultation with Cody who is absolutely brilliant. I let her know what I wanted beforehand and she came up with some fantastic options that I will definitely be purchasing! She was kind and lovely to talk to and I learnt how to do makeup that not only fits my face but what genuinely suits me. I also learnt about colour analysis and how to balance cooler vs warmer colours accordingly. I could not recommend this free consultation enough!

    Unfortunately, I feel the need to express my entire dissatisfaction of content well-being having now waited over 5 weeks for the problem to be resolved. So, I placed an order on 27/05/2021 for £94.00 worth of products and still have no products or refund. I have been in communication via email with Cody at Content who said the products were delivered to my address via Royal Mail on June 14th 2021. As per the Royal Mail GPS. I have not received the order and considering I was away the day before and after the item was delivered, evidence given from photos to content, I am still waiting on a full refund. Cody at content has continued to tell me that Royal Mail are investigating and as far as they are aware the items were delivered. The fact is it sounds like yes maybe the items were tracked on the Royal Mail gps but this does not confirm delivery has been received by me personally. I am disgusted that it has taken this long to be investigated and await still an outcome from content.

Please read 😊 I rarely leave reviews, I know I should as I rely on them when making online purchases and it's so important to all businesses too, so please give them a few minutes of your time to show your appreciation. After the efforts of Marie at Content Beauty, who dealt with my order during these strange and testing times, I feel it's the least I can do. Following a few problems that delayed my first order with Content Beauty (Boucleme Hair Treatment) I received emails from Marie that reassured me that they were doing their best to ensure I received my order asap, which I did. I'm very happy with the Boucleme Hair treatment, which is great for my natural curls. But more than that, a week after I received my order I then received a surprise parcel containing 3 gift samples! 😀 They were a lovely thoughtful surprise and couldn't have been more perfect for me! *The Copaiba deep cleaning mask left my skin feeling so clean and soft. *The little pot of Agent Nateur holi (c) was like a little pot of magic, it left my skin looking so smooth, with a gentle tightening, really impressed with it. And the *rms beauty "un" cover up cream foundation (33.5) is the most perfect match to my skin tone I've ever tried (I've tried a lot!) and a lovely silky texture with great natural coverage, it's as though it's made just for me... I'm hoping the darker shade sample is perfect for when I'm tanned. So Marie, I really appreciate all your efforts, professionalism, quick friendly replies to my emails, and the surprise samples; your choices were perfect for me, thank you so very much, it's the little things that really do mean a lot 💛 I was very impressed that they were also natural, vegan and cruelty free as this really matters to me. (The foundation wasn't 100% vegan due to the beeswax)

    For a place like Content, customer service can really make a difference. I was at the shop last night and there was one sales advisor who was seeing to a customer, after she had finished helping them, I asked for her advise and she was really helpful with the make-up. The other sales advisor just stood at the counter like a lemon. Not asking me or another customer if we needed help.

    The shop and people are very nice I’ll go back when I visit London again. However, I had uncomfortable experience for my first visit. My expectation was very high because I had my shopping plan in my mind. This is the only shop that I can buy the products in London. Unfortunately most of them were out of stock. The young lady was helpful, but she tried to introduce other brand to me. Later I found out it was because the products I asked were mostly out of stock. I will enjoy my shopping next time. Thanks.
