    I booked a cut and blow dry online for short hair 4 weeks prior to the appointment and paid the full amount as requested. When I arrived at the salon the receptionist said the stylist only cuts long hair and nobody else was available who could cut short hair despite the salon being empty. I said it was a special occasion as it was my 60th birthday but it made no difference and I was asked to make another appointment. I asked for a refund but was made to wait 5 days. The service was appalling and I’ll never set foot in the place again. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star but the process doesn’t allow.
