Absolutely atrocious service. Ordered some prints almost two weeks ago. Heard nothing for days, then called to be told they would be sent that day. Waited another 4 days, called again, only to be told they didn't send them yet and they would be sent that day by Parcelforce 24 to get here quicker. After another couple of days called again and they started lying by saying it was actually sent three days ago, a day before my last call, but just by Royal Mail 24-48hr service and they have no tracking number. Still have not received it, and the company seems to be a real shambles of an operation.
