Highly efficient team, roof, loft and electrics. I'm an engineer and appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail, even down to the hoovering up, where necessary. I'm amazed at the outcome and can't take my eyes off the smart meter display,,,,it hasn't moved !! On completion, I was given a tutorial of all the associated equipment and have just signed up for the app. The next step is to contact my energy supplier and register for the smart exchange tariff,,,the icing on the cake. From the outset, Contact Solar were very up front and honest providing a very detailed quote and plenty of advice and guidance about what we could have installed, the process, costs and timescales. The sales person was always available to answer queries we had and put us at ease with the decision we eventually made. Installation was within 8 weeks, with no upfront costs. From scaffolding going up to coming down was 1 week in which time all the necessary paperwork arrived and Contact Solar were in contact daily to ensure we were happy with the product and where we were with paperwork etc. First class Customer service and team in general. Would highly recommend.

The hardest thing about getting solar (besides paying for it) was wading through the dozens and dozens of companies, all recommending different equipment and with little idea who was credible. I did my research and shopped around for many weeks before deciding upon Contact Solar. Having whittled my list down to three companies in the North-West, Contact Solar was the most expensive on my shortlist. However, my company checks and research (accounts, premises, directors etc) revealed concerns about the other two which left me uneasy. We decided that paying extra for a well-established and reputable company was worth it in the long run. The process was smooth and professional throughout. Phil the advisor was very patient with all my questions, and flexible in quoting for specific panel types which I had selected. I was kept informed through the various stages by the office team, scaffolding was erected within budget, and installation by Matt was slick and problem-free. I would highly recommend Contact Solar to anybody considering solar in the NW. If you don’t have the time to do your own extensive research and just want a trustworthy provider, feel free to take my word for it.
