Communication was excellent throughout from initial conversations with Chris to the final goodbye with Adam and Tom. We had several visits prior to installation to agree the work that needed to be done and sensible suggestions were made of changes we could make for a better outcome. Day of installation went without a hitch, Adam and Tom worked like Trojans to get the job done. They were polite, friendly and respectful and paid great attention to detail. Quality of materials and work is of the highest standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Consumer grass West Midlands to anyone looking for artificial grass installation. Had my patio and grass completed this week. What a beautiful job the guys have done. From start to finish, they have excelled in everything they have done. They completed a similar job done on my old house about 8 years ago buy the same company and when I left the place, the patio and grass looked like new so I had to use these guys again and they are still brilliant. Recently had artificial grass added by Consumer Grass and I'm really happy with the outcome! I had multiple quotes from other companies, but Adam and Chris from Consumer Grass were by far the most detailed. Instead of just offering the most complete and expensive solution, Consumer Grass made insightful suggestions based on their own knowledge which enabled us to get our lawn completed within an affordable price range, without sacrificing quality. Short story, we’re over the moon and if you’re thinking of using consumer grass then do it! We now have a lawn our son and dog can use all year around. Longer story, We reached out to consumer grass at the end of January. And gave some basic details on what we wanted done. Was over the moon to realise artificial grass doesnt need to be on a perfectly flat space as I’d always thought. Chris visited the next day with a sample of the grass and talked me through the product and the process to reassure me that the turf and underlay is right as a dog owner. We were given a price which was actually better than four other quotes we had and Chris was the person I felt most comfortable with choosing to do the job too. When we made the decision to proceed we were given a date less then two weeks away and advised no payment was needed until job completion. So no risk of paying a deposit for the job to be done poorly or not at all! The day before starting the work the skip and materials arrived and Chris called to confirm the team would be there in morning. The three guys who got the ground work done on day 1 were great, polite lads and then Adam came back to fit the grass the next morning and tidy away. And the skip was also collected that day too. Great company, do what they say when they say. I contacted these guys and they came round at the agreed time to give me a quote, price was very fair and was under what others had quoted, so no haggling necessary. I accepted the quote, was given my date and unlike other companies they actually arrived on the day stated. The work was quoted as two days and it took two days. I was attracted to them as I wanted dog friendly turf and as they had done Birmingham dogs home, they couldn't have had a better resume. All work now done and dusted and the results are night and day. I'm really pleased with how it came out. See the before and after photos. Try these guys before the rest as they actually do everything stated and use quality products. Thanks guys.
