Seems like we are back in the dark ages. Online passport system takes a few minutes. Here even you spent a whole day you would'nt get a passport. Making 4 copies of everything and getting sent to different people, only to be told your in the wrong queue. This office needs closing and replacing with online system like with Nadra cards.

Very undisciplined and unprofessional environment, they even can't speak English properly, It's 2023 and they are still using Windows XP for all their systems and we all know that windows already discontinued windows XP and Windows 7's security updates. They can't respond to calls if you have any enquiry and personally tried hundred of times but no luck.

Awful service, they processed our nadra card without linking it to the family so they can make more money as they now say we have to re make one and pay the full price again. The woman Saira was full of attitude and very rude and just trying to rush us to may. She was talking over me and not explaining things properly, also rolling her eyes. Acting like a bratty teenager. Wouldn’t recommend, very unprofessional. Better off using the Bradford branch

Absolutely shocking services waited for 3.5 hours on the phone just for the advisor to pick up the call and tell me something i already knew, the whole conversation lasted 2 minutes, and the advisor was rude and didn't understand, it is way beyond me why they CANT EMPLOY PEOPLE who can speak dual languages to save us the hassle, overall extremely unpleasant service provided by the PAKISTAN CONSULATE OF BIRMINGHAM!!!!!
