Terrible service… Not answering phone calls Not replying the emails Website not being updated How is it possible for the citizens actually have help/information/ a sense of protection if this embassy behaves like that ? It is very disappointing to people who recommend this place because it’s misleading and also shows that exists favouritism between them. P.s: For those who want to deal with your documentation/ visas etc. just travel to another country for 2 weeks and deal with it. It’s better than waiting to be attended in this place.

What is your email address trying to send an email. Cause on the page I could only find the webpage. Two weeks just trying to send an emails. Trying to call phone is only picked when convinced. What a waste of time.

It’s horrible, that’s all I have to say, attendance only for 3 hours, of which two of those hours we are waiting for them to arrive and start working. Phone number doesn’t work, website doesn’t work, is it that difficult for a government institution to pay a proper company to build a good website? And there’s only the embassy/consulate in London, I live in Manchester …. Who do I rob to travel to London for a week, the service is so slow that we always loose a entire week.

My experience with the consulate of Angola has been POOR! It has been a constant battle. It has come to a point that I'm actually embarrassed to be Angolan at this point. There is no communication, staff members seem to not have a clue to whats going on. Make sure you are friends with the president they might then take you seriously.
