(Translated by Google) Consulate like Consulate, service at the windows is first class, but unfortunately there is always a "but". The person at the entrance on the scanner is a bit from another planet because if someone comes to the consulate, it is not to buy potatoes, but to settle important matters regarding passports, and unfortunately I felt with my family like the proverbial sack of potatoes. Comments like hurry up because you are making a line where my son was standing in front of me, he could hide. I'm not going to quote other comments from this gentleman here. A strange person who I have the impression that he is there as a punishment 🤨. SMILE at people sometimes, not growl like 🤔.... an old tractor. Regards. Pozdrawiam.

The booking system is discriminatory. No available dates to book an appointment. How can you access the services you want? If they continue the same way, it is a clear discrimination and exclusion of their own citizens to access services in a respectful way. They create queues outside of the building. This is disrespectful and undignified as it creates crowd and obstruction for any pedestrians on the pavement. Inside of the building, no better, small and cramped space and created queues. Getting a British Travel Document can be an option. British citizenship is another option. It may be a horrible idea to be a Polish citizen with this service. Unfortunately it is imposed on people.

Getting an appointment online is the real nightmare (you have to use a VPN and refresh your browser EXACTLY at the time when appointments become available, otherwise keep dreaming). Took me only 3 weeks to get an appointment. Once you have that, then it's not so bad - staff is helpful and professional and the queue inside the consulate goes quickly. They do, however, need to manage the queue outside the consulate better because nobody knows what is happening out there - utter chaos. Oh and if you are picking up your passport, DO NOT queue outside, they will let you in but you have to let the staff know and they will let you in without queuing.

It is absolutely impossible to book an appointment for a visa application. We have been checking their website for about 3 weeks now and it always returns the same message: "At the moment, all available dates have been booked, please try to make an appointment at a later date." The management of that place is totally useless and their system is a ginormous waste of so many people's lives. When will they realise they need more visa sections to process these applications?
