Office manager disregarded the day I requested in an email for a quote and booked me in for another day. When I contacted them they then booked me in for my requested day....but the staff member was 30 mins late so I had to phone them to discover they hadn't told him. He left the office immediately and despite having my full address arrived at the wrong house. One hour later he arrived at my house, inspected it and said they would send the quote through. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for the quote. I've given up!!! They obviously don't need the work for a mere 8 weeks work of £60k plus extension and house renovation. Will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE! EXTREMELY unprofessional all round.
