Unfinished roads, footpaths and green areas, 8 years after the Estate was started. The developer will not give residents any schedule of works as to when/if they intend to finish the roads to adoptable standard. Google: The Wisbech Standard Wisbech or 'Cromwell Gardens Estate Wisbech' for details. They have not delivered what they advertised in the brochures! I would never purchase from this developer again!

The absolute worst company I have Ever Had to deal with with regards to finishing estates off in Wisbech alone there are three estates built by reasons that are nowhere near finished and I’ve been like that for over eight years absolute jokers
