    Basically just stolen my money at this point. Almost a month and no delivery - and everyone I speak to are shockingly bad at customer service - fobbed off and still never sent out - then when you chase they say it’s still waiting to be picked? Do they just have one person working in the warehouse (I’ve ordered 1 item!)? Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very dismissive (some training on how to be decent humans as well as how to do their jobs would be a good plan)… and managers? 2 options - there either are none or they do nothing - as still not had a call back. Even tried emailing the sales manager who I saw had responded once on here but I have had no response! Wish I’d have read the legitimate reviews on google rather than trusting the clearly fake ones on the website :-( lesson learnt. If no response today I’ll have no option to report the company to trading standards for being a scam.

    Used to use this company a lot but they have now fallen to pieces. Next day delivery on my order is now going to be potentially a couple of months and that was for items in stock! I believe this company will fold with this level of service so make sure you cancel any orders with them to avoid loosing money

    This used to be my go-to supplier as it delivered the correct items the following day. Since their update I no longer receive the items I ordered - infuriating if, as a teacher, my lesson depended on them. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

    Absolutely shocking company and customer service! Service used to be ‘okay’ and now they blame everything on a system update which has been happening for months. Unable to check any orders/account info. Have recently been receiving huge orders that I haven’t even placed. Wasting my time having to call them (receive NO apologies) and send items back. The whole situation is unprofessional, a joke & they don’t seem to care! Avoid!!

    I'll start by saying that The Consortium used to be a great place to deal with and I have used them for years with no problems. However... my recent experience has been nothing short of diabolical. It's now the end of May and I've been waiting for my order since before Easter. There has been no correspondence whatsoever and the poor girl on the end of the phone cannot answer my questions. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they all go home at 3! They have blamed everything from the new website, to the warehouse to the delivery company yet can't even tell me whether my order has been dispatched. Apparently I can't get a refund as I haven't waited long enough! Never again.

    Absolutely pathetic. Worst customer service ever received. Utterly diabolical. Take too long to deal with any queries, are a nuisance to handle, far too slow with picking up phones, never respond to emails, I requested for new account details and 2 months later am still waiting despite being told twice after following up with them "don't worry we are sorting it, our team will deal with very soon, they are usually quick to do so". Clearly not. Do not shop here at all costs. Doesn't ever deserve 1 star!
