I do not like the fact that the agency does not play fair, when talking and texting it is different than after the end of the working week, the rate contract was different and then it turned out differently and nobody wants to talk about it. so far waiting for my money, when I ask for payment, the answer is that the responsible person went on vacation

I did not appreciate being contacted out of the blue stating that they had the perfect role based on my CV and I was the ideal candidate for the job they had, then was asked if I had sea going experience.......duh !!! I thought they read my CV?? I mentioned that I was already in a role and settled, then was asked if I would consider relocating to Liverpool. I then say NO then Im told Im not the right candidate for the role in Liverpool ??? , followed by them asking me if I knew anyone that might be interested and would I share a list of my contacts with them. In other words do their work for them so they get the commission. Very unprofessional way of conducting business and would be better if they spent more time on proper training before letting newbies loose on the phones.

Unresponsive, and don’t seem to want to take candidates in even when handed to them on a plate. Very poor, avoid if you want a job. Update: By way of response to Consortio - Unfortunately I do not agree with your response. I sent the "agent" a number of emails, first on 07/09/21 and received a response on 15/09/21 asking me to call him. I then tried calling more than a handful of times but could not get hold of the agent. I also spoke to three different Consortio employees on at least 5 different occasions over the space of a week, each time being told the agent was out for lunch or out of the office. I requested a call back as I had a candidate to recommend but I did not get the call back. I then sent an email on 25/09/21 for the agent to contact me but this also proved fruitless. I then called again on 27 and 28/09/2021 but still could not reach the agent. I was finally called back on 04/10/21 after the position had been filled.

Applied for a job with the company, got the phone interview guy who answered the phone was rude and smug explaining my previous experience and the guy says " i don't want a life story". pathetic excuse of a recruitment company when they can't even recruit correctly to their own company. ADDED reply: its nothing to do with not getting the job unfortunately this review of mine is non bias one respectively the interview was handled poorly. Feel sorry for the people working there
