(Translated by Google) Rooms were dirty, dust. bathroom with hair. There was no remote control TV. No internet all night. Breakfast: tablecloth full of stains. Not regular coffee, just powder. Breakfast was made, took a very long time. Staff member disinterestedly walked away and finally got the glasses we asked for. Staff stood there watching us lug 2 heavy suitcases upstairs... In short: not recommended. (Original) Kamers waren vies, stof. badkamer met haren. Afstandsbedening tv was er niet. Hele avond geen internet. Ontbijt: tafellaken vol vlekken. Geen gewone koffie,alleen poeder. Onbijt werd gemaakt, duurde heel lang. Medewerkster deed ongeïnteresseerd en slotte weg om de glazen te halen die we vroegen. Personeel stond erbij te kijken hoe wij 2 zware koffers naar boven sjouwde... Kortom: geen aanrader.

We had the family room. It was incredibly spacious and probably one of the better rooms in this hotel. Comfy. A few things didn't work as expected but they were minor. The rest of the hotel is very basic. We didn't dare have the breakfast. £58 for the night though was very good value. My only issue was the karaoke which ran well past midnight and was thumping music into the room. I don't mind folks having fun, or loud music, but nearly 1am? That was a bit unnecessary. Would stay here again if I had few other options. Rooms: Family room is one of the better ones. It's huge.

A pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. We have been there with family. All staff members are helpful, friendly and kind. Mr Malik welcomed us with good facilities. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (11-13 April), and my stay was actually really good. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, they even helped me book cabs during my stay. The check-in and checkout process was easy and hassle-free.
