    HORRIFIC experience as a seller. After 5 months with 0 communication, I requested my items to be returned. It was agreed in writing on 31st March my bags would be returned, only to be sent a statement 4 weeks later showing they were sold in mid April (2 weeks after my return request was agreed to). Totally unacceptable.

    SELLERS BE WARNED: This shop wants your valuable items for nothing; Poor communication about my items l brought in 4 months ago.l came into the shop spoke to this man who gave me email address that was FAKE asking for my items back. Later spoke with other sales assistant via email l was advised l can come and pick up my items . Then the following day had an email my items were sold . I was invoiced for both but got paid for 1 They don't communicate with you so they take another 5%off the items.l totally regret dealing with the shop.

    Be warned, do not consign with this company.THEY ARE DISHONEST. I have consigned 5 pleats please items. One item was shipped to a customer a month ago, I have not received my money. I have phoned, and the person is very unhelpful, passes the matter on to someone else, who is supposed to call me, and doesn't. Appalling customer service. My items are being sold, and CSD are keeping my money. This is now a legal matter.
