I feel obliged to add my experience with this company and I am in fundamental agreement with the well-detailed account of Marie Bird. I have had a very similar experience, the basic difference being that I pulled out in time. When I went to the company to order the window the (presumably owner) said his son would come round and measure the window. His son did not come but he did instead. OK, no problem. When he came to measure the window he was amicable and even fixed a couple of screws to solve the problem I was having with the old windows. We related well and I felt I could trust his word. He promised that the window would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks came and went and no window despite the fact that I stressed the urgency of getting the job done and was assured it would be installed as promised. I called about two weeks after that and the person who replied said he would send a text message the day after to say when the window would be ready. He did not. I waited another week and phoned again; no answer. The day after I phoned again, many, many times; no answer. Three days later I phoned to cancel the window having read the review of Marie Bird and being increasingly aware that I was likely to find myself in a situation similar to hers. I opted out. I must stress that it was not the father who disappointed me.

This company didn’t complete work properly. After only a couple of years hinge on window broke(this window was only opened on a few occasions), bifold doors not completed, now have a very misted window in one and the other two doors have inside seal faulty and you can even see the curtain move on a windy day, that of course is with the doors closed. I phoned many times before getting an answer, then saying they would return call still waiting ( nearly a year now). I have left messages with no reply. I have heard every excuse from being busy, boss on holiday and even family bereavement, although this was sad, my bifold doors are now growing black mould on plaster edges because of the bad fit. I have now called in another company to take them out and replace new better fitted and complete frame(no missing parts as before). Very expensive mistake to use this company. NO certificate or receipt were ever given although requested numerous times. SORRY rant over. Very disappointed.

Can't recommend this company enough. They have just fitted the whole house with fantastic windows. Exceptional quality at a very reasonable price. All mess and rubbish cleared away. Turned up on time and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.
