    We used Express Laundry for our multiple Airbnb holiday let’s. David was very responsive in initial enquiries & service seemed to be good in the low season (April/May). We started encountering issues where our linen never arrived, we would call & then be told they’re on their way (it never arrived) & after multiple calls/emails, they would be able to deliver delayed. Now we’re in peak season, they evidently can’t keep up with the agreement of deliveries twice a week & simply will not communicate when they’re having an issue leaving us high and dry. This has started happening every week now & we have offered to collect if they could simply let us know. Evidently 2 minutes worth of communication is too much hassle for them so David has terminated our contract on 1 business days notice in the peak season. I collected our linens as I was dubious they would ever return them to us & the industrial estate looks like a mess so I’m not surprised they’re struggling. Accounting is also a shambles, invoices are messy & we were accused of not settling 2 months worth of invoices when everything has been settled within days of being invoiced. Overall, if your business is dependent on reliability & communication then this isn’t the service for you. If you’re ok with sporadic service & hoping for the best then crack on!

    Awful experience! Sent laundry on a Wednesday for a promised redelivery on the Friday. Friday passes, no laundry, no phonecall. On the Monday I chase up (15 phone calls later) I have 2 promises of being called back... not called back. I leave a further 2 voice messages asking for an urgent call back to see where all my laundry is - no one called back! My laundry is finally returned on the Tuesday - not even done! They didnt have time, so didnt do it. NO Communication, NO one answers the phone - the worst sevice I have ever experienced. Stay well away

    After many years of happily using Express laundry for linen hire for my wedding company I now find myself unable to get any response from them. After several calls (one which was answered and promised an email reply) and several unanswered emails regarding ordering linen for my couples weddings I'm left frustrated and struggling to find a suitable alternative. I hate to leave a less than positive review but have seen that they do at least reply to reviews. If my bookings are too small for your company now would respect the honest of this over silence.

    We had just started to use this company to wash our duvets and mattress toppers and we were pleased with the service. We then had a bedspread washed but when this was returned we noticed that there was a yellow stain on it. We conatced the company to discuss, as the stain was not on the item prior to going for cleaning . At first they were helpful and came and collected the bedspread to see waht they could do rectify this. So far everything was good and we were very happy with their repsonse. When we did not receive any contact from them to let us know what was happening we rang to find out whether they had been able to remove the stain. The owner informed us that they had washed it 4 times but were not succesful in removing the stain. He then suggested using industrial strength stain remover, which we agreed to. During this conversation the then owner questioned how he new the stain was not there before they washed it - we had already had that conversation previously when they agreed to re-collect the bedspread. We were then asked to pay for cleaning of therbedspread, which we advised we were not happy with and the manager then agreed to return the item. 3 weeks on and we we have still not had the item returned with no contact from the company. We have rung on 3 seperate occasions and left messages. We even agreed to pay for the dry cleaning so we could have the item returned but unfortunately, we have had not had the courtesy of a return telephone call to discuss how we can get the bedspread returned. Since we started having these issues with the company you are now unable to speak directly to them as it has now been automated. Prior to this we had been very happy with their service but we are now left feeling very disgruntled with the overall service and complete lack of contact from them. To make matters worse we are stilll one bedspread down and do not envisge getitng this returned. We will not be using or recommedning the service again.

    When I used them previously they were brilliant. Responded to my enquiry very quickly, picked my laundry up and dropped it off the same day. It was wonderfully washed and folded in sections. Fair prices for their services as well. There was an issue with communication with payment though and it was Easter weekend so there was a further delay in sending an invoice to me. I would have given 5 stars but recently I have messaged them on a number of occasions to arrange a launder but they're not responding which is disappointing as I really needed their services. Even an email back saying "we're too busy sorry" would have sufficed but I don't appreciate when a company ignores their customers.
