Appalling excuse for a ‘doctors surgery’, extremely unprofessional and rude! Misdiagnosed my son on 3 separate occasions where he has ended up in hospital. This place should be shut down!!! They have zero regards for any of their patients and should be disgusted with their lack of care and treatment!

Receptionists 95% of the time rude on the phone/ in person, you feel zero effort from them to help you. I believe if you working on the health department you should do the possible and the impossible to help the patients and I don't feel this GP actually cares about the patients

Avoid this place, rude staff and lack of professionalism. I had a blood test and never get the results. I was keep getting messages saying that they try to call me, when they never did. I called twice to explain them that i work on my phone so its impossible to be called and not answer but i have been treat with disrespect.

This place screams 'underfunded' which is sad. Lots of aggressive signage for wearing a mask, and yet the toilets had no hand soap or sanitiser. The staff who did my ultrasound were very polite and professional.

Having read the reviews here I was a bit worried but my scan was on time, reception staff were friendly, and the staff giving the scan were friendly and reassuring and made me feel comfortable in a sensitive situation. Thankful to the staff for making the process as painless and least awkward it could be!

The lady that did my YHS ultrasound scan is very rude. Even when am trying to explain to her about my previous scan that have different information even Doctors are confused and they have to rebook the scan, she won’t allow me to explain telling me that she is not a Doctor. Even before the scan she told me to empty my bladder that didn’t take me 3 minutes and she started complaining telling me that i stayed too long that if i don’t mind that other people are waiting and she kept repeating her self even when am ready. So I leave my trust in God for this scan

One word. RUDE. made an emergency appointment. Due to an allergic reaction. Waited till the end of the day to receive my prescription. That was fine by me. Half 5 now and both chemist and doctors shut at 6. I go into my doctors to ask for my prescription to be signed and I see. Two receptionist and my doctor having a mothers meeting. I politely asked are you able to sign my prescription due to me being very uncomfortable with my allergic reaction. And that you’ll be shutting to along with the chemist. The receptionist proceeded to state there is a waiting list. and that I did tell you there problems with the system. ( I went in earlier) My doctor then goes out to get me a paper prescription this took her under a minute. Why are you talking about a system when this was possible in the first place? Making me feel bad for asking you however you’re sat there having a mothers meeting. Maybe do your jobs? And we wouldn’t be in this situation. Absolutely shambolic.

I had a miscarriage 8 weeks ago and this practice referred me to Yorkshire solutions for a scan who then referred me to the same doctors for the scan and I waited quite a bit of time for this. Also when I spoke to the GP over a week ago they said they would do an urgent referral for a scan yet fast forward a week later I called the hospital and they had no record of a scan being booked. It was the receptionist same one as below who said she would make an urgent referral yet when I asked for more information she said I’m not a specialist. Why don’t the doctors deliver this information then! They said based on my symptoms I should come in urgently and advised me to ring my gp surgery back to refer me to them. I rang the surgery back and the receptionist (who has always had an attitude and is abrupt) said that she wouldn’t refer to them as it was done two days ago. 1) why was it done two days ago when I spoke to the Gp a week ago 2) she ignored medical advice from a hospital! This surgery has always been rubbish but now it is beyond that. I will be reporting them to GMC for negligence. I could have ended up with sepsis or been in a bad way, luckily not however they need to take “urgent” as urgent.
