Yes you pay a little more to have them manage and sell your property but it’s a big weight of your mind to do so! My goodness what an absolutely amazing experience it has been dealing with the team at Conran Charlton. Having moved over from another country I am not too familiar with the rental market or process. No question was too silly (even when I thought they were) and everyone I have dealt with has been super professional, accommodating, caring and just lovely people. A special mention to Hulya who has, even on her days off, come back to me on my wide range of questions in a very patient, professional and caring manner.
