Highest social rent around and worst service. We are looking to get out after yet another rent increase this year. Had trouble with noisy neighbours basically told to sort it out ourselves. Other associations are 20% lower rent for equivalent size properties.

Wow your standards have severely dropped. I have been a tenant for 18years. I’ve never really needed help from you and when I do I get fobbed off. My complaints ignored and my repair request lost. You’ve moved violent people in next door and have refused to keep your other tenants safe. I will be taking this up with House ombudsman and I suggest everyone else does too.
