Awful customer service and support offerings. Cannot speak with them directly on telephone. They call you back when they please when you have an issue! They have sent a replacement router and still wired devices and wireless devices are stuck spinning and spinning to load webpages. Poor fibre offering. Maybe better when they install their own fibre Vs using KCOMS lines!

Absolutely ruined the landscape of my village, 40+ huge brown telegraph poles, guess this was done because it saves them money rather than digging up the road consultation held on a Tuesday Morning when they knew everyone was at work I doubt they will have a high take up given the number of outraged residents, we never asked for this and I for one will never use it

Awful customer service, I asked for information several times and they never followed up. Happily I think I dodged a bullet by staying with KCOM as I work from home and can't risk bad Internet connections or poor customer service. On another note, a friend went for a job interview with them and was treated appallingly, disrespectful at interview and so unprofessional...so not surprised at the non existent and poor customer service reviews...

Rang to pay my bill told i would receive a call back, now no call back and service been suspended, rang them back and have to wait again, website doesn't work properly, won't log in with the details I have used for 3 years, won't reset password. Useless and disappointing isn't the word. Can't pay online can't pay on the phone, tried to pay but decided to cut me off instead

Joined in November, haven't been able to connect anything other than a fire stick from it, everything disconnected last night and to get connected again I have to sign in, although it won't load anything in order to sign in. Rang at 8 in the morning been told I would have a call back within an hour or so still waiting gone 3 in the afternoon, rang again 5 times to be told i would be called back in 10 mins, 20 mins later without a call back, I rang again and had the phone put down on me! Hardly can get in touch with an actual person, referes you to live chat that doesn't help in anyway and when you do get in touch with a person they are also no help!
