    What a brilliant company with even better customer service. After an initial discussion when originally came through Linked In, we had a demo of their software and was hugely impressed with it and the way it was delivered. Aaron and Laura answered all our questions with ease and accuracy. The sign up process was easy with competitive pricing. They sent BK down to do the initial set up, he was so knowledgable that we wanted to keep him but he loves Connex and you can see why. The after service from Luke has been perfect with a weekly catch up and he chases anything we have outstanding. The software is probably one of the best and most user friendly I’ve ever used, the support is always on hand and accurate. Any business looking for a multi-channel contact centre system, look no further. Thanks for everything Connex, keep up the amazing work.

    Horrible Place - Do not ever apply to this company they are extremely unprofessional. The working environment is toxic, managers have no appropriate style of leading. Training is horrible, they do not want to invest in a qualified TRAINER but they use a worker who has no experience in training. They will use you and they just gossip about co-workers without being discrete. Stay away from CONNEX ONE!

    After requesting multiple times to be removed from their sales list - they repeatedly cold-called my cell and sent LinkedIn messages from multiple reps, ignoring requests to have myself and team removed from their outreach lists. While I am not a customer, this experience has left me extremely frustrated with Connex-One (and seems to match other google reviews left here).
