Don’t buy from this shop. Ordered two weekday pill dispensers online and the item does not match the design advertised (including a completely different design and colour). Also the pill boxes are damaged with huge scratches and fractures in the plastic. Absolute rip off.

My friend who is extremely hard of hearing purchased a phone in May 2022 in good faith hoping that she would be able to communicate with friends, family etc better. The phone worked well until December 2022 when she was unable to charge it. Despite several emails to the Company she has not hd help from them apart from ‘try different’ chargers which she did to no avail. No customer service at all.

Artone 3 Max Bluetooth Hearing Aid Loopset. Ordering was easy but I didn't use it right away. When I eventually set it up the sound quality was terrible and they wouldn't accept a return since it wasn't defective and I was way past the 30 day return. It's just a low quality product that feels cheap and rattles. Expected more for £100. The mark-up must be immense. Live and learn I suppose.

Poor delivery experience. I decided to pay more expensive £6.50 UPS delivery in hope the equipment would arrive faster. Nothing arrived so I tracked the package just to find out if had been delivered to a shop around 20 minutes walk. No information about this to my email or by text by UPS. Please choose a better courier or specify clearly on your website what are the differences between delivery types.

Avoid buying from Connevans! Found noise issue from the equipment sold from Connevans, and they cannot find any way to solve the issue for 3 months. The support guys keep on having holidays and delay the investigation! Now they request me to pay for re-stock charges and close the investigation! A very poor way for supporting customer.
