If I could give them less than a star I would. I cannot express how disgraceful this branch (and Connells in general) is. They “communicate” via phone and not email so as to not leave a trail, because they know how shady they are. This is if they ever call you mind you, which is very rarely. Oh and if you complain they will call you a liar and take no accountability for their actions. I will never use Connells again and will be sure to encourage others to never use such a disgraceful agent. The management there should be ashamed of themselves.
