We instructed the sales team at Connells, Southbourne to sell our home this year. And in just 2 months of marketing we had 3 offers and are now sale agreed at the asking price. The team have been amazing! Rio valued our property, Anthony and Holly have done all the viewings and Angela keeps us well up to date with any admin needed to keep things moving along. We have had a poor experience when buying the property with another agent that has now closed and these guys really put our mind at rest as first time sellers.
