Started off with a viewing that didn’t happen – arranged for a viewing, I turned up in plenty of time, but no one turned up – phoned and it was reported that they had misplaced the key, so had to rearrange. For the rearranged viewing – again I turned up with plenty of time – estate agent arrived late and with the incorrect keys to access the block that the property was in – we had to contact a current resident to unlock the main entrance door, before accessing the property itself. The estate agent arrived at the property with limited knowledge and no introduction pack about the property - which all other property/ estate agents from other companies that I have experienced have provided. Lack of Communication from all personnel at the branch; had contact and communication with 5+ members of staff, all of which were not reliable and led to inconsistency and negative work practices. The only positive communications that we received was from the Conveyancer, who was very helpful and cooperative - and was not even based at the branch. Failed to respect my own personal work commitments, which limited when communications could have been made; but to support with this issue I expressed my ideal timing preferences for communications on several occasions as to which they ignored. Dishonest response to email communications and not taking responsibility for negative experiences when challenged,
