I initially contacted Connected Accounting after becoming heavily dissatisfied with my previous accountant's services (a primary provider in the space). During this time, I carried out a considerable amount of research and spoke to many firms (as I did not want to make the same mistake twice) and am so relieved that four years later, I am still as happy and impressed with the services as I was on the first call I had with them. Over this time, I have benefited from the easy-to-understand and transparent tax conversations that have ensured I've operated in the most efficient way possible that has saved me money.
