Total waste of 2 yrs added more stress to my Mental Health due to getting nowhere also waste of NHS money disgusted would not recommend to anybody personally the Clinicians do not even seem trained could be anybody on the other end of the phone also being swapped from one to another when you put something to them they haven't got a clue how to answer you also don't know why no face to face appointments when everywhere else is doing them this NHS money would be better off spent on something that will help people. I was warned about this service by alot of people saying it would not be of any help 2 yrs later I wish I would of listened.I am taking this further with whoever I need to do so also contacting the Healthcare Ombudsman THEY also decided to discharge me from the service back to my Dr after 2 yrs of nothing in my opinion people like myself are just keeping them in a job I wouldn't advice anybody to use this service totally DISGRACEFUL 😡🤡🤑⚠️UPDATE !! I was re- referred back here for the past 6 months what a complete waste of another 6 months not done inch of help total disgrace my advice DON'T waste your time and energy with this service I have now been discharged by them for good JOKERSSS 🤡🤡🤬🤬 now I am definitely contacting Healthcare Ombudman shame on CONNECT PAIN when people are desperate for help coping and living in pain everyday of their lives which also effects people's Mental Health.

after booking an online appointment i rang to see if it was a phone or walk in appointment i was booked in on tuesday 12 april at 12.10 am the receptionist after 5 times giving my DOB wrong told me i didnt have a booked appointment that was a date my symptons would be looked at by there team , so DO I GO AND WAIT TO BE SEEN OR DO I NOT TURN UP AND BE STRUCK OFF FOR NOT ATTENDING , ridiculous system i dont have a clue if i should turn up or not ,find staff that knows their job

This service has been invaluable to me. One particular occupational therapist is Sophie. She's amazing and such a joy to talk to. They don't explore pain management with just medication or exercise. They involve mindfulness, yoga and Thai chi. I would recommend this service for anyone who has issues with chronic pain

Shocking Service NHS Should drop them. I was transfered to this company when the pandemic started, what a huge mistake. I have not received any treatment. They are charging the NHS for treatment they are providing me which is basically fraud. I have now lodge a complaint against this company and speaking to the newspapers about them. I have lodged four complaints about this company and received lots of false promises. If you are considering going to this pain clinic then don't. dont let your doctor transfer you to them, you will regret it like I have done. They are not professional and do not care about the patient
