    I had worked for Connect as a kitchen assistant at an assisted living site in West Sussex for 6 years. I felt they were the one of the best employers I had ever worked for.     I don’t recommend working for them, they didn’t provide a uniform in the beginning and didn’t provide a way to prove employee working hours, resulting in disagreements regarding pay since the head chef lied about the hours worked. Rather than pay the full wage that they owe, they had the nerve to offer a loan to pay our rent with! There are so many better and more trustworthy places to find a job so don’t waste your time here, especially if it’s in one of the Oxford university kitchens.
