Shirley Boothe, consultant is an exceptional person. Excellent communications (phone calls, texts, emails), professional solid advice and support every step of the application process and even working on her day off to call me and tell me I got the job! Armit was so very understanding and helpful and is making sure all my paperwork and references and DBS are processed in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough! My advice...keep your consultants phone number saved on your phone when they first call you and make sure you thank them for all their hard work at the end of the process, because you will be successful like me if your qualifications, skills match the job and you follow their advice.

Even had I NOT got the job (I got it), I couldn't have faulted Rian through any stage of my application. I applied for a role one evening, had a phone call the next morning with all the steps laid out before me on how to carry forward with the application. I dealt with the same member of staff throughout, instead of being passed from pillar to post, and - at each stage - I was given accurate timings with when to expect to hear back. When I was offered an assessment for the job, I was contacted again asking if I had questions, when the interview was then offered again - I was phoned once more, to offer advice (which was very helpful). Had the interview gone badly, it would have been my fault entirely because I'd been given as much guidance as humanly possible to set me up for success. Had the interview on the Monday, got a call back from the job themselves within a couple of hours offering me the role. Cannot recommend this team highly enough.
