F/in law placed here post hospital. Soulless. The staff ratio maybe high but young staff with no experience. Repeatedly requested crash mats for the bed and neck support in a wheelchair. He had an injury to his hand which wasn’t documented and not looked at until we made a “noise” .Saw a kettle boiled whilst resting on a wobbly electric fire in the main lounge ; total disregard for the safety of the people there. The kitchen had no washing up liquid and only one filthy t-towel . I sat in the lounge and watched one staff member who kept kissing a patient; totally inappropriate. Don’t put your relatives in here. We have raised safeguarding issues Of neglect.

My mom stayed here in March 2021 and due to the terrible negligent staff she suffered 7 falls with 4 resulting in hospital admission to A&E. I had to get an urgent safeguarding raised against them and got her moved after she was admitted into hospital the 4th time. Terrible staff and management avoid.

I worked this place they had bad treatment reception lady was very racist and I never took a day off I have 5 children they are small so I told them before I started my job but if they have school holidays I can not come they agreed and suddenly I have a bad temperature I didn't go work and I told to Margaret and she told to the manager when Juhe manager asks her she not telling the truth and second day I had message from a colleague and say you don't need to come again I think you can't do this to anybody.

Please Avoid does not deserve one star. The home looks nice but it’s hell. Do not put your family members here. The African male staff are abusive toward residents very rough and manhandles the residents. They make the residents sit in wet pull ups for hours at a time. They wash them in ice cold water very traumatic for my love one. Will not be going back there.
