Arrived early hours of the morning after a flight into Birmingham . Key waiting to allow us into the room. We eventually got in not the easiest experience as the door appeared stuck and need a good shove to open it. Got in and the room was freezing with no way of getting any heating at all into the room. The ensuite was lovely but again more like a freezer. My wife had to sleep in her dress and a fleece to get warm The tv was also not working . The beds however were very comfortable. A good budget basic no frills B&B but so cold.
