Timeshare generally gets a bad press, but my Confused about Timeshare experience was the complete opposite. We bought a timeshare in Madeira in 2018 from Confused, it was a clear and easy process and all without stress and Mark was great to deal with - especially a barrage of questions from us.. A recent change in circumstances meant we did not need it anymore and we asked Confused to sell it, which he did, in a very short timescale. Again a friendly and transparent process. I really cannot recommend Confused - and Mark - highly enough, great service, trustworthy and friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling. 5*

Great, personal service from Mark in selling our 2 weeks time share at Marriott Marbella Beach Resort. It took quite a while but that was all due to Marriott dragging their feet! Mark kept us fully informed throughout & settlement was made in full within 24 hours of the ownership transfer being completed and notified by Marriott.
