What a rude woman the dentist is! I don’t go to the dentist to be parent shamed and judged when she has no idea what my personal circumstances are. I left there very upset and feeling humiliated in front of my children. Also when my child who possibly has autism says the chair isn’t like a bed and the dentist invalidates my child’s opinion by boldly declaring ‘yes it is!’ Smh. It’s not like a bed, its a chair that reclines. She was rude and impatient with her colleague (the dental assistant) in front of us too because she made some errors on the computer. Very unprofessional. Not a nice experience.

I had a really frustrating experience at my previous dental appointment. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. I found it audacious since the earache or evils that would’ve been received for cancellations or lateness on my end. Additionally, the receptionist had quoted me NHS prices over the phone, but when I arrived, I was charged full price. The actual cleaning was rushed and I felt like there was no care taken at all. Thankfully, my experience was completely different when I visited Dental Smiles on Charlton Street. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a much more positive experience and I would definitely recommend this practice as an alternative.

Just been in to see dr Nida (sorry if I have the wrong spelling!). I hate going to the dentist & had left it far too long as a result. I’m so glad I found these guys - I feel quite lucky to be honest. Staff are great & Dr Nida is brill. Nice premises & well kept. It’s a bit like a tardis - it looks far nicer on the inside than you’d expect.

I have been a patient for several years and the dentists have been excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist team are difficult to deal with. They reciently removed me from their list because I was too unwell to attend an appointment despite being in the middle of treatment. I now have no dentist. This is unethical.

After the pandemic I tried going to my dentist and was told 2 years has a lapsed which left me without a dentist. I searched and searched No Dentist would accept a Nhs patient but after 6 months of agonising pain with non-stop visits to emergency 101 Dental care Never getting the issue fixed always being told soon the waiting list will open but expect a 8 month wait from that point, I came across the kindest lady Dr.Ehsan who could see the pain and discomfort I was in while visiting one of the 24hrs emergency dentist in finchley utold me of Confident Smile NW1 2NT where she is the Manager and even tho the practice already is over prescribed she gave me details so I may actually get help I so desperately needed and can not afford on private. after visiting the practice I could have cried from how good they made me feel the staff from reception to nurse even the dr all happy to see me all wanted to help and all wanted to make an effort to ensure all of us there was happy and comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. thank you so much you made my year .
