Sadly, I have departed after 6 fantastic years at Confero. They are a classic call centre, with great new offices, and a genuine staff-centric focus. Like all businesses they had their challenges during Covid. They now have an energetic team, focussed on supporting their staff and championing their clients and customers. The directors are focussed on caring for their staff and building a wonderful working environment. Good management, training and support staff. I recommend them as a place to work, and as a call centre to support my customers.
