Another seaside arcade with a large variance of machines. Went in with £2 and came out with £7. Typically the staff move back gifts and coins at end of day from dropping into your collection tray. It was enjoyable the same.

3rd visit, and each visit has resulted in wanted items dropping from the 2p slot machines, and when they don't drop successfully, staff on hand to assist, and even give chance to get the items not yet in play to be put in play and won - to complete a 'set', in this case, 3 Minions and 4 Grogu key chains. Great example of a seaside amusement arcade.

There is an old lady at the counter with salt and Pepper boycut hair who was exceptionally rude to us and borderline racist. Accused us of thievery when we found 2p coins by luck and used it on another 2p machine. She said you have to use the 2p on the same machine where you find it. I mean who made that rule and isn't luck/skill/fun the whole point of arcades? Plus what are we gonna do with even a dozen 2p coins? Make a fortune? We spent quite some money there. My wife was infuriated enough to walk out of there then go back in there and have an argument with her. Scarborough is beautiful but people like her can ruin the experience. Please just head to Olympia Leisure instead. Now that was an arcade which was amazing. Also note, Coney Island and Gilly's arcade are owned by the same person and that person really needs to change staff.
