    Moved into a 1 bed flat with my boyfriend a month ago for our 3rd year of uni and have been so impressed since moving in! We have had some bad experiences with previous student housing (halls in 1st year and a student house in 2nd year) and have been really impressed with how easy it is to contact the estate agent and landlord. We have also found their responses are always so friendly and fast. In our previous accommodation the estate agents take days to reply and when they did they were always very reluctant to help. However, the complete opposite with Sterling Investments, who have always replied to emails within the hour, even on the weekend!! They also let us move in a month early when the previous tenant had moved out slightly early.This was the first indication of how helpful our estate agent is, going above and beyond so that we could overlap our previous tenancy with this one to make our move in easier. The flat is in perfect condition, couldn’t ask for more. Living in Conel Court is the most at home I’ve felt in student accommodation and I wish we had found this flat sooner! The location is a five minute walk from the University. I will continue to recommend Sterling Investments and Conel Court to student friends looking for new student housing.
