My boiler stopped working suddenly and the thermostat was offline, I texted for the engineer to come over as soon as possible, response was received immediately and the appointment date was set up for the next day, in the mean time the engineer assistant sent me a step-by-step guide, it’s very easy to follow and I was able to put the thermostat back online, therefore started the boiler to work again and the house became warm. The engineer didn’t have to come as I was able to sort the issue out myself, it saved me time and money. Very happy! I definitely recommend UK Conducttion Ltd. Great service, I asked Vin to come around and give me a quote for a new boiler which i thought needed replacing. I had hot water pressure issues. Instead of just quoting me for a new boiler which would have cost me in the region of £7k (Oil Bolier) he recommended another solution that cost me £2k and we have amazing hot water pressure and all is working great. Vince and his team installed an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Thermal at our house during July 21. I’ve waited a while to post a review as we wanted to see the ASHP working in the winter. We live in a barn conversion with vaulted ceilings and we had an all electric heating system that wasn’t man enough in the winter (inefficient and expensive). Vince undertook a set of heat loss calculations and recommended we change our radiators for slightly larger ones. We also had a Solar PV system fitted in the summer (from a recommendation that Vince made) which nicely compliments the ASHP and the Solar Thermal. Im pleased to say that the house has been toastie throughout the winter and our bills have come down significantly. I have to say a few words about Vince and and his team who were extremely professional, very polite, and kept the place clean throughout the installation period. The work is of a high standard and Vince made sure good quality components were installed and the system had good flexibility for future servicing. Fantastic job, professional clean and tidy from start to finish. Fitted a new tank in our airing cupboard and new boiler in the downstairs toilet.Took 3 days. The down stairs toilet was newly decorated a year before so he took great care working around this and I only need to do small repairs. I would highly recommend. Vin, Rob & Max were on site for 3 days, they were very professional at all times, cleaned up as they went, arrived when they said they would, worked hard each day to get the job finished within time, even with the changes we had to make as we got into it and they kept us informed all the way through as well, even replaced a couple of roof tiles that were already damaged :-) Top local company

We thought we wanted a biomass boiler, so that is why we contacted Vinnie in the first place. We are semi-rural without mains gas. Biomass is Vinnie’s choice of heating at his own house. After coming out and discussing what we already had installed and what we needed, he designed a system for us, and surprisingly not including a biomass boiler as he said it wasn’t suitable for our specific requirements. We had combi boiler, running from propane cylinders and wanted a wood burning boiler stove, as I have access to a lot of free fire wood. He installed a 500 litre thermal store in our garage loft space and piped in the 18kw boiler stove. Then he has used the central heating side of the combi boiler to also feed the thermal store. We now have an amazing heathing “machine “ that I can fuel with free wood, or can run fully automatic, with gas and thermostat/timer control, or combination of both together. Various running and fail safe devices are included to make it run efficiently. We now have mains pressure hot water for the showers and bath and enough capacity to fill 3 baths! Everything worked straight away, no leaks, no mess as all other reviews have stated. Vinnie is a passionate, PROFESSIONAL heating engineer, and you do get what you pay for when he completes an installation at your property. Thanks Vinnie for what you have done for us.
