Had a fantastic fitting session with James. Went through the issues I was having and made some adjustments to the bike / cleats / insoles that immediately felt a lot better. Very comfortably and enjoyable session (minus the revelation that turbo trainers will quickly reveal how unfit you are!) - thanks James + Condor!

Incredibly knowledgable staff, happy to chat through my needs for a pannier set up for bike touring (despite being busy in the shop) and offered lots of wisdom I wouldn’t otherwise have known. They also have a really great range of items in the shop, which makes such a difference! Highly recommend.

Excellent bike fitting and friendly guys. As a relative novice bike shops can be a bit intimidating but the guys here couldn’t do enough for you - always generous with their time and knowledge. They have some top end stuff there that is a bit out of budget for my needs but they’ve always been able to recommend cheaper alternatives that would work as well for me. I had a full bike fitting with James today and besides being a friendly guy he also seemingly knows everything there is to know about bikes and biomechanics. I felt he gave me a service that suited my needs and was very patient explaining everything to me and listening to my feedback. He recommended a few parts that for a low cost made a huge a huge improvement to my comfort and technique. Highly recommend

Couldn't be kinder - took my bike in as the derailer wasn't working. They didn't have time to service it but a lovely man on the shop floor had a look and fixed it for me free of charge in 5min! Have booked in for a proper service in a month's time. Absolutely lovely people who know what they're doing.
