Very disappointed. I'm a vegetarian and advised the venue of such on booking. £82 per ticket, and my starter never arrived - the waitress advised this was because "the others changed their mind so we run out". Mushroom main with mushroom veloutee (I don't eat mushroom). Then not allowed to leave the venue with my extortionately priced bottle of wine with only 1 glass drunk from it. All in all a complete disappointment of a venue with really poor service for anyone who has special dietary needs - I don't think vegetarian is that niche!

We went for a Fever Candlelight Concert and the air conditioning or ventilation was on the whole time blowing cold air. We were freezing during the whole concert. The music was great but we just couldn't enjoy it. Wouldn't recommend this venue.

Top-notch customer service! Had a meeting day here. Apple crumble as dessert. We wanted cream to accompany the dessert. They didn’t have cream so they came with a tray of scooped icecream instead. Asked if we could get our parking validated, they said yes at the reception and we could do it at the reception. One minute later, the guy walked into our meeting room with the validation machine to save our walks. Very good customer service indeed! 👍👍👍
