Worst agency ever! The property I live in is managed by Concord and the agents Jamie Cundall and Ricardo Rivas are the worst! They don’t answer your calls. They don’t turn up the heating and leave you to freeze in winter days! All they care is making money out of you. It’s been days since I begged them to turn up the heating, but they just don’t care! Worst agency ever! Avoid if possible!
