I cannot state how quickly this company got us out of a very expensive scrape today. We had hired from HSS and their equipment failed and they couldn't resolve the issue without incurring travel and great expense on our part. I called Concord Lifting and within 90mins we had a replacement mechanical tool delivered to our door. This saved us £0000's. I cannot recommend Concord Lifting enough. Charlie was fantastic, such a helpful and proactive approach to customer service! AWESOME!!!
