A completely unprofessional service provided by incompetent "specialists" who make promises that they do not deliver. Test results were not received in the time-frame stated, the clinic admitted to an administrative error but still kept the £250 fee, refusing a refund. Be very wary of using this service especially if it's for COVID testing prior to departing the country.

Waiting at the GP can be exhausting and tiring if the waiting period is for hours and my condition was not such that I could wait. So my husband started looking for private doctors. We were extremely pleased with the swift service provided by Concierge Doctor team. Special mention to Dr. Bankani who visited us within an hour. He was very professional, polite, friendly and most importantly understood my condition and gave me the medicines which eased me out.
