From the get go Lisa has been personally invested in our kitchen, from design concept right through to final fitting tweaks. Her tenacity and passion has driven our project at pace and her years of experience and knowledge in house developments was so valuable when working with our builders on site. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen. The design and quality is perfect for us and at every stage Lisa was so helpful, and she went out her way to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t recommend her and Ryan enough!! Also really great to support a local independent business. From what started out as an easy simple kitchen refurb, problems arise, through no fault of Concept of Kitchens, but they were all dealt with efficiently and speedily (things like a minute crack in worktop manufacturing fault etc). I would recommend both Lisa for her design and Ryan's dogged resolve to get the job finished. Don't intend to change kitchen again but if we did we would use them again.
