Had our day 2 test here and it was quick and easy, staff are great and know a lot if you have any questions. Results came back the next morning and I’m glad we already booked our day 5 and day 8 here. Would highly recommend using this place for any testing needed!

I am truly disappointed by the services provided - they didn't show up as a truly experienced clinic. We (me & my partner) ordered PCR tests for Day 2 & 8 as requested by UK gov upon our return. The tests for Day 2 arrived only in Day 5 and I called several times a day, trying to get in touch with them. Lines were all time busy and I received an automatic answer to my email only, saying they are delays to transport providers. That's it. In the end, I had to call NHS helpline to do Day 2 tests on time and they provided them for free, very fast, within a day. Finally, we did Day 8 tests with this clinic and we received the results after 4 days (!!) - again not being mindful about the situation we are in. Basically very poor services for a private clinic vs. NHS (who sent PCR tests and results within 24h!! Much respect for this!)
