Very good at arranging the lease. Once signed however. I have one vehicle which has a computer system that’s not worked properly in 2 years. Another waiting for a new monitor screen which was damaged on delivery. I’ve had vehicles from them over the past 8 years. These will be my last. The customer service is now appalling, ARVAL who they use are terrible. They don’t return calls, and appear to have no relationship with the manufacturers, at least when it comes to solving issues for their customers. Very disappointing.
