Very clean and everything needed in the apartment was there. The bed was low which is difficult to get in and out when you're older. I wouldn't have known I was in London as it was nice and quiet.

Pros: the apartment was quite clean and well-equipped, it made it very easy for us to cook small dishes in times of need. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from Hyde Park and from 2 Tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway). Also the costumer service was very thoughtful and the response was always quick when we needed. Cons: we were put in the 3rd floor, which was quite a lot of stairs to go up/down with heavy luggage (even without it, it was a bit of a hassle). I wish they would have real heating instead of only floor heating, but once they made it work it was fine. Overall, great place to stay with a good cost-benefit!

Nice, clean, well equipped apartment. Excellent position. Information on the floor where the apartment is located should be given in advance. Heating was centralised, but often too warm. To cool down the apt it was necessary to open the windows, which is not an environmentally friendly attitude. Good quality/price ratio.
