I would just like to say a BIG Thank you to Ben. Me & my partner purchased a Moped for our Son for Christmas. We travelled a long way and was very happy with the bike, unfortunately the next day we noticed an issue with it, we contacted Ben to advise and he was amazing in the help and service he provided. He was kind enough to replaced the bike with a similar one at the same cost as the other bike and went above and beyond to help us. Great Service, Good Honest People would highly recommend. Purchased a quad from Ben and his team but when I received it I had a problem with it bogging out. Ben offered to have it collected and returned to the shop to be fixed but in the end I just decided to get a refund to save messing around. He paid for the quad to be collected and returned to his shop to which end he refunded me full purchase and delivery fee’s. Honest shop and good customers service. Thanks again concept 👍🏻
