Concept's company "well-being homes" made me homeless with little notice and zero support to move on. The reason cited wasn't that I was anti-social or I didn't pay my service fee, no, the reason was that I need more support and their solution was to strip away what little I had and drop me in something foul. I've been without a home for almost a week. I've made a complaint to concept, I was informed via a 3rd party that an investigation was opened (last week) since my only response from the company directly was an acknowledgement that they'd received my complaint. I have to question how a company with such little values can operate at all. The fact it's a company with a duty of care makes it all the more shocking.

I live in a supported accommodation run by midland housing overseen by concept, while I have personal problems, I live in a HMO I have made several complaints about 1 particular resident he is harassing/bullying/using intimidation on me, he has done this another resident, the support worker has done nothing about it, I am now going to record every interaction with this resident, to prove my case

Updated to 5 Stars. Don't get me wrong there are a few things I would like to see change in the company. One of them is I am upset that after the first phone call which I made to a receptionist. When you realised it involved something like a problem you said you would phone back. But didnt. So I phoned. Nobody answered for a long long time. When they did each person passing me to the next. What type of attitude is that. Only when the complaints department was involved there was escalation. Ducking and diving from problems doesn't make the company better. But only makes it worse. As a matter of fact in some cases the problem grows out of control. Becomes more difficult to correct. Face those problems like challenges and enjoy facing them. Start shaking up that company till you reviews on here start changing. And if it's not changing keep shaking it up. And keep shaking till the general reviews average are 5 stars. This isn't a job where you think you can sleep and get paid. You are working around disabled people. People that are suffering. The main reason i have changed my review to 5 stars is i spoke to a guy called MOHAMMED SHAFIQ. Different to the rest. Nobody else but him. Everybody else attitude was really bad. From the very beginning this man SHAFIQ attitude was amazing. I can't write it here because words can't describe them. He was the only reason I still had hope that this problem would be resolved by this company. He faces everything at face value. He says exactly what you want to hear in a problematic situation. And provides solutions. And when hes ready takes it to the next level. Which he did. I will leave this company with something to think about just like i left severn trent with somthing different to think about when i left there updated 5 star review....? We can't all be robots and be the same. What is a leader? Who is King David? What traits did he possess? Why did everyone love him? Enjoy :)

I have tried messaging and you have refused to take seriously. I have messaged regarding the support worker that attended the property on Sycamore Road on the 27th July at around 11 in the late evening. This property has cctv footage that should confirm what is being said and done. These are vulnerable individuals that need help and support, not aggression and negative behaviour, by what supposed to be a support worker. I’m hoping this is taken seriously, many people are treated so unfairly due to the situations they have gone through. I don’t like individuals being treated like this. Please take this seriously, these are human beings you are toying with! It needs addressing as soon as possible, so no one else suffers with this negative behaviour. They have obviously gone through enough. They have now told the tenants to leave and not taken the correct actions to terminate the agreement. Avoid, this place is literally the worst place for anyone. There is no point responding as you do nothing about it when I call you!
