Since the birth of our son we have been asked to leave a review of our experience. We have to say that the doctors and nurses for their medical knowledge and expertise were fantastic and this has resulted in our son! Our complaint would be unless things have drastically changed don't expect any efficiency with the admin side of your experience. Explained below. I can only give 3 stars due to the fact we had to make a formal complaint whilst undergoing the treatment. This was due to two factors. Firstly they completely misunderstood the official HFEA forms and blamed it on the software they used. We had to seek legal advice separately to confirm that their explanation was incorrect considering they were forcing us to sign incorrect forms so that we could start treatment that day. Since meeting other couples who also underwent IVF we have found out we were also incorrectly informed about a number of other forms. And secondly that they are not clear enough when explaining the cost breakdown to you. They informed us this was due to consultations being performed by doctors and that they don't want to go into the cost of the treatment due to it being a sensitive subject.

Me and my partner have a beautiful little boy because of this clinic. We travelled from Manchester concept was the only clinic that would help due to a higher BMI they tried to make it as stress free as possible. The staff are amazing and are always honest with you if we was to try again we would definitely come back to concept.

Having gone through fertility treatment with the NHS and privately for our first child, I have come across lots of different standards of treatment. Dr Onur Basegmez was one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly doctors and he carried out my scan thoroughly, professionally and most importantly empathetically. I would not hesitate to see him again - he made an emotionally journey enjoyable for once! Thank you so much. And thank you to Siobhan who was assisting him for being equally as lovely!

We did not feel rushed into getting treatment; it really felt as if the clinic had our best interests at heart, rather than pushing to make money from us. We very much appreciated Concept's clear communication and supportive team. We felt in excellent hands under their care. I have already recommended their services to other people in my life and, should we need to in the future, we will definitely be returning for further support.

I had a lengthy ivf journey with Concept over the course of 2 years. Their support and kindness saw me through the darkest of times and through the happiest ones also. Concept is a fair clinic that doesn’t recommend add on treatments that are not backed up by good research evidence. They are fair with their pricing and you feel like an individual rather than just another customer. Highly recommended.
